Suneet Singal is a seasoned entrepreneur and senior finance architect based in California with an extensive career also rooted in New York. For over two decades, he has demonstrated leadership and innovation across various sectors, including consumer retail, fintech, eco-friendly real estate, disruptive technologies, and renewable energy. His extensive expertise has seen him lead several companies as CEO, driving growth and successful business outcomes.

Outside the office, he is committed to numerous charitable causes and enjoys diverse interests such as music, sports, travel, and gastronomy. As a father of four and a husband, he also devotes time to coaching minor league baseball and flag football, actively engaging in his local community. He is also known for his regular contributions as a blood donor and a mentor for emerging business professionals.

Currently, Singal is the board chairman of a well-regarded privately held company that began as a real estate investment firm and has since evolved into a general holding and advisory company. Situated in New York, this firm has been under his leadership for more than five years and specializes in making some of the world’s largest and least liquid asset classes more accessible. Under his direction, the company has successfully navigated approximately $1 billion in real estate acquisitions, focusing on both stabilized and distressed assets.

Prior to this, he held the position of CEO at the same company, where he was responsible for significant strategic decisions and business advancements. His professional background also includes the chairmanship of a leading equity real estate investment trust and leadership roles at a Nasdaq-traded real estate operating firm and a notable business development company.

Raised in Santa Clara, California, Singal attended Jesuit High School in Sacramento and later studied industrial engineering at California Polytechnic State University. He then earned a Finance degree from California State University, Sacramento, where he was actively involved in student-led initiatives that promoted cultural diversity and inclusion.

With a rich career history involving complex financial transactions and strategic business developments, his focus remains on real estate and innovative energy solutions. His career highlights include successfully scaling modest investments to substantial valuations and creating thriving companies that generate numerous employment opportunities.
